We were tasked with designing a secure system which allowed the fund managers to collaborate, communicate, back up and store data. We implemented a hybrid solution with both robust and secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure. We also implemented a mobile solution that allowed fund managers to access their data 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
Our brief was to implement a network solution with load balancing for a large number of users on short notice with a 24 hour deadline. We worked through the night and implemented both a cable and wireless network, based on a Cisco Systems network platform.
